He will explore key enablers for each individual, such as their primary strengths, but build awareness of when and how they over-play those strengths, and the resulting impact this has.

Where a degree of behavioural change is required, some mental ‘rewiring’ may be effective. Where unrelenting pressure is a disabling factor, the individual may need help ‘quietening the noise’ and gaining clarity on what’s most critical…everyone and every situation is different.
Ultimately though, Charlie helps his clients take action, because it’s action that creates motivation which quickly creates further action.

Career

Charlie will help you create that map, honestly reviewing your goals and motivations, and will share with you the key ingredients that must be addressed to ensure the career success you strive for.
Personal Impact & Presentation
Want to increase your presence and impact in front of others? Whether it comes naturally to you or not, Charlie will help you improve your ‘gravitas’ by teaching you how to better utilise your natural strengths. You’ll learn simple techniques to make you more memorable and impactful in your communication, whether in a meeting, at a networking event or presenting to a large group of people.
Leadership
Great leadership starts with authenticity and the self-awareness that there is no single ‘right’ way to empower others. Charlie starts by helping the individual define what they believe a ‘leader’ to be and what gaps exist between their aspirational self and their current reality.
This process may involve diagnostic tools (such as a 360 feedback review or profiling instrument) and will result in a clear development plan for the individual with measurable outcomes both for themselves and their organisation.
Behavioural Change
Work with Charlie and he will emphasise the importance of remembering that people always follow behaviour before they will follow strategy. Organisations spend millions every year identifying core values, mission statements, strategy campaigns and the like, but if the leaders of that organisation do not consistently embody this work through what they say and do, that money is effectively wasted.
Lasting behavioural change starts with uncovering the thought process (the belief) that is the origin for that behaviour and the subsequent impact this has. Where a client wishes to achieve a different impact, Charlie will work with them to deconstruct this process, helping them shift their belief to drive a different behaviour and therefore outcome.
Succession Planning
Every organisation knows how crucial it is to retain and develop their key talent. Whilst there is a ‘sink or swim’ element to promotion, there is often little support to ensure the individual can hit the ground running and make a positive impact from day one.
Charlie will provide that support and help the individual build and execute their plan for success, avoiding common pitfalls along the way and staying focussed on what matters most.
